MANDATORY SPKA RULING & ACT
SPKA (Sistem Pemantauan Kebakaran Automatik) is a mandatory system under the (Akta Perkhidmatan Bomba 1988 (Akta 341) dan Perintah Perkhidmatan Bomba (Premis Ditetapkan) 1998 [P.U.(A) 276/1998] functions as a direct communication channel to JBPM for rapid emergency response and is required CCC, FC (Fire Certificate) or OP (Occupation Permit).
